1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Core Site Services ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
Core Site Services coordinates the delivery of specialist site services including:
- Drone surveys and aerial inspections
- ATV site surveys and access assessments
- Chapter 8 traffic management plans
We act as a coordinator between clients and our network of insured, qualified specialists. Services are delivered by third-party contractors operating under their own insurance and professional qualifications.
3. Quotations and Acceptance
3.1 Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided and may be subject to adjustment if site conditions or scope differ from the original specification.
3.2 Acceptance
A contract is formed when you accept our quotation in writing (email or signed document). We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
- No refunds will be issued once work has commenced unless a service failure can be demonstrated
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 By Client
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work: no charge
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled work: 50% of quoted fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled work: 100% of quoted fee
5.2 By Core Site Services
We may cancel or reschedule work due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or specialist unavailability. In such cases, we will reschedule at no additional cost or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate site information and access details
- Obtaining necessary permissions from landowners or authorities
- Ensuring the site is safe for specialists to access
- Notifying us of any hazards, utilities, or restrictions
- Providing reasonable site access and facilities
7. Deliverables and Turnaround
We aim to deliver reports and documentation within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times may be affected by weather, site conditions, or specialist availability. We will notify you of any anticipated delays.
All deliverables remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 General
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question.
8.2 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by weather, site conditions, or third parties
- Inaccuracies in data provided by the client
- Use of deliverables for purposes beyond the agreed scope
8.3 Nothing Excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Insurance and Professional Standards
All specialists in our network carry appropriate public liability insurance and professional indemnity cover. Drone pilots are CAA-certified with valid commercial permissions. Traffic management plans are prepared to current Chapter 8 standards.
10. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the agreed project purpose. We retain ownership of all reports, images, and documentation. You may not resell, redistribute, or use deliverables for purposes beyond the original scope without written permission.
11. Confidentiality
We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver services or as required by law.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.
15. Complaints and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us at info@coresiteservices.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
17. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
